You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you...

  • Have a M.S. degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Undersea Acoustics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research or related field)
  • Have at least 5 years of experience leading analytic studies across a variety of topics (e.g., operational and technical issues)
  • Can form strong trust-based relationships
  • Have strong communication, storytelling, coaching, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Have an interest in and ability to build/motivate high-performance teams
  • Are familiar with Navy and Marine Corps analytic sponsors (including analytic organizations, resource sponsors, labs and warfare centers)
  • Have strong Navy analysis leadership experience
  • Can effectively communicate with all levels of staff
  • Can demonstrate that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.   • Hold an active Secret security clearance and can ultimately obtain Top Secret/SCI level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship. 

Our desired qualifications include...

  • 5 years or more of project management experience
  • Experience leading, managing, or contributing to studies for Navy sponsors
  • Experience in analysis of complex systems-of-systems, requirements analysis, problem-solving, prototyping, and test and evaluation of military systems
  • Demonstrated record of impact in development of warfighting analyses, as well as presenting and interacting with senior decision makers at the 4 star level (civilian and military)
  • Operational and/or headquarters experience with the Department of the Navy
  • Hold an active [Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI+poly] security clearance and can ultimately obtain [Top Secret/SCI, or TS/SCI+poly] level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.
