Space Manager Assistant

You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you... 

•   Possess 5+ years of construction/project management experience.
•   Can effectively use technical architectural tools such as CAD and Visio.
•   Have strong communication skills to provide reporting and forecasting datasets.
•   Are willing and able to conduct frequent site visits to under-construction facilities, wearing all required safety equipment.
•   Hold an active Secret security clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.

You will go above and beyond our minimum requirements if you... 

•   Have experience fiscally managing large capital projects.
•   Can demonstrate managing large capital projects of 1+ Million.
